For the Medical Mission, the health care provider in the interior of Suriname we did the administrative organization. This meant that we looked at all procedures in the clinics in the interior and documented these processes. In less than 12 months we completed procedures aiming at standardized ways of facility management, distribution of medical goods and reporting scheme’s.
